Watery Leafy Reflection

Watery Leafy Reflection

It’s somewhat ironic that I’m posting this photo now, as it’s managed to rain almost constantly for 2 weeks now here in Northern California (yay, that means SNOW in Tahoe!). It hadn’t rained in months when I took this picture, in fact I raced home from work to grab my camera just to take some wet macro shots. I thought there were some neat reflections in this leaf, I played around with aperture to adjust the DoF and I decided I liked this one the best. Kinda neat shot.

Just thought I’d also add that this shot is one of the reasons why I love my new D300s! I took this at ISO 1000 and there’s really not much visible noise! Yay Nikon!
