My good friends invited a bunch of us over to their place to carve pumpkins. We had to bring our own pumpkin but they provided a table, knives, booze, snacks, a wonderful Halloween playlist, and just good people. 9 of us ended up showing up and we all carved pumpkins — 2 of them were first time pumpkin carvers.
Being the Engineer that I am, I had to design my pumpkin before-hand. My co-worker had told me about a technique where you peel the pumpkin skin and then thin the back to let the light shine through. I decided to make a scary CAMERA PUMPKIN (it’s in the bottom middle, if you couldn’t tell!).
When we were all done I made everyone line up their pumpkins and I took some snaps.
